Really impressed, also the 10% discount on food and bar. Only negative was the shower drainage left water and bath Mats soaking the whole stay. Other then that the stay exceeded expectations

This hotel is a gem in all respects. The only small downside is the noise at night but this is not the fault of the hotel. It is in a fantastic location. Manager is great. The place is a gem.

Great location. Clean and tidy and a value for $$ was great. Although… bed was very very soft - not great for 2 people and pillows were like concrete. Also… not the hotels fault .. there was a rally with a guy screeching on a megaphone which went in until midnight. Was so bad!!! Hotel isn’t at all sound proof.

I stayed in a twin room, just for one night. It was so central to everything and lots of food options around. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant in the hotel (got 10% off meals and drinks with our room key). It was delicious food too. Room was clean and big enough for 2 and a nice simple bathroom. The lift was a tad small but the stairs were always an option. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was a fantasic central location for a business trip and the room had a bar fridge which was very useful. Late check in and early leave were no problem. However, the air conditioner was very noisy.

Great stay, staff were great and location is off the hook. Everything you need is all there, trains buses light rail, food places everywhere . When we go back to sydney, this is where we will be staying.

It is the best location. Town hall rail stop & light rail a minute away. You can go to central or circular key in minutes. Queen Vitoria building across the road. Great breakfast there ! Hyde park a few minutes walk. We went to a play at The Theatre Royal, it was a very pleasant 5 minute walk down Pitt Street. The staff are friendly & professional. It’s a pub, you are in the heart of the city. The Bistro is great. It’s not the Hyatt but it is great, we have already booked an again for a night in October. We are going on a cruise the next day… just jump on the light rail and we will be at circular key in minutes.

Mixed bag on this one. Staff was helpful. Internet out in two of the three days I stayed. Two out of four electrical outlets didn’t work. Stayed in two rooms over three days. Very nice location in terms of city accessibility but also can be noisy. After hours entrance requires a visit to the adjoining sports bar to get in. On site pub/restaurant.
