Good Morning Lauren, The team and I apologise and are of course disappointed to learn that your experience with us was less than favourable. Rest assured that we do aim to provide a seamless stay experience for all our guests. Your constructive feedback is being shared across our team, as we do pride ourselves on ensuring continuous improvement to deliver a stand-out hotel experience. It is great to hear the comments such as “lovely” yet very important to be aware of errors that we make, or ways in which we need to improve communication. I have passed on to our Housekeeping Manager your feedback in regards to the linen and she is retraining her staff today to ensure these things are not missed. In regard to the fridge, we were able to fix as soon as you left, the settings on the dial were turned up too high - possibly by a previous guest; again, our Housekeeping Manager will discuss with the team to ensure they are checking the dials when cleaning the fridges. We do have an $8 tray charge for room service meals from the adjoining leagues club however this does not apply to Ben & Jerrys. Apologies if you were advised of the charge, as this was only rolled out earlier last week . I hope you will give us a chance by staying with us again to show you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception.
