Loved our stay here. Well appointed and very clean room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Evening meal was room service from the restaurant and was great, morning was the buffet breakfast, which was also amazing- they had an awesome kids corner in this area which the kids loved! Taxi from the international terminal was $25 and it was also a very short walk to the Mascot train station which we used to go into the city the next day. We had a late flight so we were able to leave our luggage there and the staff were helpful in sightseeing recommendations and advice on transport. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for 2 nights before our flight to NZ. It was just ok for the price you pay, our room was clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable and the staff on front desk were not overly helpful. Our room was very noisy and you could hear a lot of movement and people around us. Breakfast was great and the staff in there were fabulous.
