I was travelling to an event and had limited time on my hands so I confirmed parking when I booked. I also confirmed my parking at 3pm on my way to check in. I arrived at to check in at 6.30pm and the parking was sold out even though I was told I had something reserved. We were given the alternate option which we were told was around the corner. It was not! it was a lot of corners away and by the time we got everything sorted we were late for the event. Not great.

I hated the service they had and they were unable to me. I am still looking for a refund. The place was not clean and too stuffy and it smelled as well. The manager did not want to speak to me about it and wasn’t helpful at all

Property was clean and tidy but was so noisy after dark. At 5 am someone from hotel was arguing with someone out front and in foyeur . Nearly turned in to a fist fight.

good morning Gav, we apologize for your bad experience. the noise is due to the Kings Cross area as it can get rowdy and noisy during the weekend, and that should explain the argument from the drunk guest. we will keep this in mind the next time you stay with us by putting you in a quiet corner. have a nice day

It was a friendly place to stay in a hard-to-beat location very close to Kings Cross Station, but the TV didn't work in our room and one of the shower cubicle doors didn't close. Our bedding was clean and comfortable, though. Expect some street noise which comes with the central location.
