Convenient location. Staff are courteous and helpful, although housekeeping slipped a couple of times, i.e, did not clean the room despite request in room tag when I left a little later in the morning (11am). Breakfast cost more than last year so perhaps a sign of the times. All in all, a good place to stay.

- Room facilities were outdated and in need of updating/repair (particularly in bathroom) - Housekeeping staff entered room for cleaning despite ‘do not disturb’ sign being on door - Pool was nice - Flat screen TV but not smart TV - Early morning external alarm on property sounded every day during our 5 night stay (generally before sunrise and often on multiple occasions) - No disability access to 1st floor rooms - Internal fridge accessories cracked
