The first room was well set up and clean But by adding another night & necessary room change comparatively the second room was not as clean or stocked with complimentary products or even clean glasses The overall experience of the Blacktown Ature was good - handy location but felt harassed and uncomfortable by being put on the spot several times - including phone call whilst out about payment that had clearly come through from my account but not showing on your system( clearly money was being held by third party booking party) I was considering extending a second night … but was being made to feel I had done something wrong. It was very difficult to find someone working that could resolve the issue. This left us with a feeling of discomfort & hesitant to recommend to others

Half of the amenities in the room were either not working or missing...At the check in I had to wait even though there was no other guests...The receptionist was on the phone with a customer and it took a long time...After asking for a complementary drink I was rejected again aswell as in my previous stays...Did not sleep well at all. Not a great experience at all.The night receptionist tried to help with a complementary breakfast...All in all a very bad experience specially when you are extremely tired...

Everything was great in our stay except room cleaning service. Cleaners didn’t even try to clean single thing. He left bathroom as it is and didn’t even bother to change our bed sheet as he know we had a 15 month baby with us in room.
