Ideally located amongst the original settlement in Seventeen Seventy township boasting spectacular views all with a stones throw to 1770's calm water's edge for safe swimming whilst also being the gateway to Great Barrier Reef day trips from the 1770 marina.

The main bedroom is up stairs & the 2nd bedroom downstairs with a central living area. Living area is air-conditioned & filters through to main bedroom plus ceiling fans & second downstairs bedroom also air conditioned & provides fans.

A Modern two bedroom cottage designed tastefully and supplying everything to ensure your delightful & comfortable stay including a welcome gift for arrival.
The cottage offers 2 bedrooms & one bathroom providing privacy, light and space
The Air-conditioned fully self-contained spacious open plan kitchen including dishwasher, microwave & full size fridge/freezer provides all utensils to cook up a storm & the comfortable lounge area provides lounges, Tv with Dvd player in one & dining area. This delightful room then flows out to the spacious entertaining deck ready for a romantic dinner or BBQ amongst the stars.

This property provides a fenced yard for the family dog to enjoy a holiday too. Permission can be granted for small/medium behaved pets to reside in some areas inside with supervision (strict regulations apply so please ask & obtain a pet permission form) - Strictly 1 dog allowed.

Lovely property, however it has lots of stairs due to the elevated positioning to get a good view. Driveway is very very steep and care needs to be taken when driving up and/or reversing down. We took a boat and the boat had to stay on the street due to the steepness of driveway. Facilities were lovely and plenty of inclusions in the kitchen. A few more handrails would be nice on the laundry stairs.

Excellent property in a quiet and convenient location with great views. Obviously well looked after to high standard. The only things if I was being picky would be the stairs, with three levels inside the house makes it a bit tedious, and also the steep driveway which probably won't bother those in a 4x4/SUV but certainly not for anything sedan or sports-like.

We loved being able to take our fur babies with us and walk down to the beautiful park and beachfront area. The home was well set up with everything being thought of by the owners.

Only a 5 minute walk to beach and hotel this lovely property was well presented and adequately equipped. Dog friendly but not completely fenced off at the front balcony. Steep driveway but worth the stay.

The property is beautiful, did have trouble lighting gas oven and operating fans, but a minor issue.
The walk up the hill from the pub hurts but we were all up there in age, so rough with the smooth really. Loved the house and the leasing process was painless.
