Narelle Morell Thank you for the multiple reviews anonymously posted and giving me the opportunity to respond. Your booking information listed your address as 10 mins away you were notified when booking then in 2 emails 1 sms and 1 telephone conversation that reception check-in times are 2pm to 8pm The last communication with you was at 8.10pm where you said you were still 20 mins away. I explained that reception is now closed and you should seek a refund from the booking agency that you booked with and we would waiver all fees. You neglected to do so at your own peril. Please for future bookings with accommodation providers make a fulling informed decision when dealing with international on line booking agencies be very wary. Have a nice day

Im completely perplexed that you seem to think its ok to leave an animal unattended in a room as well as that an animals bathroom break you are required to walk your animal to grassed areas???? both of these procedures are displayed for your information in your room for the safety of guests and the motel. sometimes peoples expectations are out weighted by reality. have a nice day
