The room was dirty, all cooking facilities had been removed. We had stayed here many times before and always been happy, however there is now no cooking facilities in the standard room. Very disappointedthat you now have to eat in their very average restaurant

Really close to the beach

A 'resort' is a little over stated. The rooms are simple and a outdated. Although it's winter there wasn't any blankets on the bed (there were some available however). The staff were friendly and helpful. Really close to the beach and takes less than 10mins to get there. Needs a bit of a makeover and some TLC.

Convenient location, nice rooms, bad management.

Cons: Management attitude.
Was on honeymoon with my new wife and some international relative's (who were in separate room), were happy with our choice of accommodation until we discovered after your reception was closed that there was no hot water. Had to have cold showers on a cold night (practically winter). Found a yardsman in the morning who got maintanence straight away, which we were happy with, was told the element was broken and that it would take until after our checkout to replace and have the water heated. We went to reception only to be told by 'management' that there was nothing that they could do about it and that we clearly should have just shared another bathroom and that there was absolutely nothing else that they could have done about it. The manager we dealt with was extremely rude and did not want to be there, totally ruined our time on the Island. Would find it very difficult to consider staying there again!!!

Dear Anton, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the shortfalls in the service you received. Whilst the hot water did need to heat up, I am very disappointed to hear that this was not communicated in a way that was satisfactory and alternatives were not made available to you. I will be addressing this with the Manager on Duty. On behalf of all the team, Congratulations again and we do sincerely hope there were aspects of your stay that you enjoyed. All the very best. Kind Regards, Greg Hilton- Resort GM

The only thing I would say is the queen bed was not very good. It was very noisy when one of us moved around. Apart from that I would recommend to my family and friends.
