There were men’s underwear, a container of half eaten food in the fridge, and an old, moldy milk bottle still in our room. The room was ‘serviced’ but only one of two bins emptied and no spare toilet paper was provided for a 4 night stay for 5ppl. Room servicing wasn’t done on Christmas and Boxing Day which is fare enough but that meant we were caught short on loo paper! The fifth persons bed wasn’t made even though paid for. Using the pool was met with glares from the manager...as though it was a private pool. Shame as the motel itself is nice enough but we won’t stay again.

Hi, I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I understand your fridge was missed on that mornings depart. My apologies, I did offer to come and clean it out for you myself. The pull out bed was made up, but left away to maximise space. It only needed to be folded out and a blanket (in cupboard) placed on top. I would have been happy to fold it out for you, had you have asked. In regards to the pool, it is there for our guests enjoyment. Managements concern was in regards to the umbrella tipping over into the pool, as you were insistent on putting them up and moving them to the edge of the pool even though it was explained to you they had a tendency to tip in windy conditions. I'm sorry you fell short of toilet paper, but it was supplied immediately once asked for.

The overall outlook is inviting, the beds & linen are lovely. Apart from some shavings in the bathroom sink the room was clean. Thankyou for the complimentary bottled water. We all slept well thankyou. We will come back.
