We thought the room and view were amazing, but the pots, pans and cutlery hadn’t been cleaned between guests. Unfortunately the breakfast was very ordinary, food from the restaurant was poor, the pool was worn with tiles falling off any many areas where they needed replacing. We had an incident with the apartment above us being booked to a bucks party. We raised our concerns with reception after a night of no sleep and was told they had been given one warning and if there was another complaint, they would be evicted. After a second night of no sleep and security not willing to help, we spoke with management the next day and received a text message offering another room rather than them being evicted. At no time did management speak with us or apologise for the inconvenience. We received another text later that day saying they had been evicted. Very disappointing that they didn’t follow through with there one warning rule, and didn’t listen to any of our suggestions to solve the problem.

Great location, large open plan living, good customer service, however the villa we stayed in (which is very pricey and supposed to be luxury), the carpets were all lifting, stains on the curtains and the upstairs tv didn’t work. To the hotels credit they did swap our TV, but it was replaced with an old school TV that needed an old aerial which made the tv all static-y. I just expected more from the huge prices we paid for such a premium room.

Well equipped modern apartment with everything needed. Pool area is perfect for families to relax by with the bar nice and close. Location is great, only a few minutes drive from Airlie with the boardwalk out front and shops close by. Will return.

We got to enjoy our Stay with 3 Teens for the week. The buffet Breakfast was a great way to start each day. The complex is walking distance to Coles for essential supplies. The FREE shuttle into town 3 times a day was a bonus. Shame it did not also go later in the day as well. Overall a Great Property to enjoy your stay in Airlie Beach.

The executive apartment was luxurious. It was so comfortable we ended up ordering food in and staying in to watch TV of an evening. Glorious.

Excellent property to stay in near Airlie Beach. The reception is extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend or stay here again.

We stayed in 2bed room apartment (actually it was three bed room) and was so spacious. And the highlight was the stunning view from room. Each morning we wake up with beautiful ocean view was just divine. The swimming pool was well maintained and bar was just right next to It so had some cocktails by the pool. We also enjoyed every morning walking among the beach and also there is a walking track which leads to Airlie beach. Very convenient location close to Coles so could grab some food so we could cook in our room. Kitchen was very easy to use all utensils are there. Overall we are more than happy staying at mirage and we would like to come back again to stat two stories apartment next time, which facing in front of ocean. Highly recommended!!

Great apartment with views out over the sea & wonderful sunsets. Shuttle bus was a bonus as its a good 25 min walk into the main st. Would be even better if there was an extra 4 & 6pm run. Parts of the property and the pool is looking a bit tired and neglected so some repairs & maintenance is required. Also do not bother with the on-site restaurant for anything else other than breakfast.
