I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the lovely apartment.Unfortunately the Spa blower pump did fail and the manufacturer did send dispatch a replacement immediately. As you are aware however during your stay we experienced a significant rainfall event with over 700mm in 3 days resulting in roads from the north and south becoming impassable as well as shutting down the airport for several days. I do apologise, but hopefully you can understand that despite our best intentions, we were unable to get a replacement motor delivered in the normally short timeframe due to the flooding in the region.I am sorry that you found our staff to be unhelpful and would appreciate it if you could provide more information by email so we can address this with the team. manager@miragewhitsundays.com.auRegardsJeanette HarrisGeneral Manager

We are a self-contained apartment complex, we do have a restaurant onsite that provides breakfast, bar style lunch and are now offering a room service delivery option for dinner. The property is not advertised as having multiple restaurants. We are very conscious of the unique natural environment in which we live and committed to protecting the magic of the Great Barrier Reef National Park. In an effort to contribute to sustainable tourism in the Whitsundays, we do implement eco-friendly measures including limiting the amount of laundry that needs to be done offsite, thereby reducing water, electricity, fuel and detergent consumption. We do not provide a daily change of towels, however each Villa and apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer to enable guests to launder towels more frequently if required.
