The size of the apartments were huge. It was so nice to walk into the room and it felt like a day spa, there was music playing in the room, the aircon was nice and cool - a must on the super warm day we had.

We loved our beautiful room with ocean views and enjoyed having the option of the 2 pools available. Breakfast was great, however we missed being able to dine at the Mira restaurant as it was currently closed due to repairs. Overall a great stay and would happily come again!

Great stay overall. When we did find maintenance problems, these were dealt with quickly and efficiently (including replacing the tumble dryer). Staff polite and attentive. The only downside was the breakfast... the coffee provided was not good, and because the machine is broken, no cappuccino available (which would have been at additional cost). The breakfast offerings were OK, but there is very little change day to day, which got to be a bit of a challenge over a week.

An excellent potentially 5-star property, but spoiled by little things - e.g., work not finished the week before Christmas resulting in the restaurant not being open (only a café); tiny towels, and only two of them (5-star should have bath sheets and spare ones as well); reception not open till 8 am and closing at 6 pm. One major issue is the design: poor bilding design resulting in a need to work through the carpark/garage to get to our 1-bedroom ocean view suite and from our suite to the pool and breakfast café.
