"Fantastic service, unusual in Perth!"
My two children and I stayed overnight and loved every minute of it. Lots of great restaurants, lots for the kids to do and all in one spot. We've been before but much better now updated. We'll be back!

"Relaxing and friendly"
Our stay was very relaxing and the staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious and open interior was a pleasure to spend time in. Bed linen was cosy , not like some that have stiff bedding that is uncomfortable. Every thing you need for a enjoyable stay.

Contradictory information about Gum hours, and then somewhat limited use of Gym. Otherwise, with one exception, friendly , helpful staff - good value for price paid

"Tired but reliable & central."
I lived around the corner for 26 years so use this as basecamp for Perth trips and it's clean & comfortable, enough. The accommodation is tired but as the pub is leased by a major supermarket chain for the liquor license so the accommodation is secondary, obviously. Fitting are failing but not catastrophically, some lights don't work, tap handles fall off (visit after visit), and the microwave on the listing IS NOT in this class of room! The noise from the pub below is not normally overt, however in this visit Thursday night was Karaoke night and while the wooden floors separating us filtered the music it did nothing to reduce the level of the tone-deaf, drunken shrieking that was apparently very entertaining to the patrons!

"Pleased to see Perth prices are cheaper."
Happy with hotel very nice and for just over $100 its the place I would pick now. Often always a debate to use taxi to go home and waste over $100. Now happy to stay in city r and enjoy I few extra drinks after event and nice breakfast

"Great location righ on the beach close to the city"
The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The room is nicely appointed however there was no breakfast tea and was not topped up throughout my stay. The bathrooms are tired and need updating, the tiles have black mould and the design mean the shower floods the bathroom.
