"Very comfortable stay"
I booked two rooms in Sage hotel again this year after staying there a few times last year. The management has changed since my stay last year. My experience of the hotel was again a good one. The rooms were comfortable as before. There are some changes in the rooms. One key one is that rooms seems to have coffee machines. Great addition to the room ! The staff were very friendly and professional. As per my request, we were provided room on higher levels and they were facing the ocean. I was very pleased with the fact that the staff had noted the request. The only suggestion I have is to provide room slippers. They will be a nice addition. They do make it more comfortable walking around in the room. Overall, it was a great experience. I look forward to staying in the hotel again as I love going to that part of the coast.

"fair hotel, great bar area. beach across the road"
Pleasant hotel, showing its age but in good repair. Close to most facilities. Great beach across the road, restaurant and cafes within close walking distance. Great little boat harbour to walk about. Don't walk about the CBD after midnight, unsafe.

"Good Food , Bad Beds"
Handy location, Quality club style food, It's a shame the king size bed is so hard & the pillows old & hard as well. The pull out sofa bed looks very old & is only single size & not enough room to pull it out as it hit the TV cabinet. after re-arranging to a position where it could be opened, it looked like the sheets on it had already been used.. & the teeny- tiny fridge not big enough to keep anything cold.

"Poor outlook, overlooks high rise units."
Dishwasher didn't work, had to hand wash, annoying. Every time you put the bathroom light on, a noisy fan came on, Pillows on bed were like bricks. Room was clean and whilst we stayed one night, don't think a longer stay would be recommended

"Clean, pleasant hotel, great location. "
Our room was spacious and clean. We had great views of Wollongong and the beach- an unexpected and very nice surprise! The staff were pleasant and accommodating. When wanting to add two extra guests to our rooms on our second night they made it no trouble at all - it was lovely that they made it so easy without us having to beg and grovel in order for it to happen (as has been my experience at other hotels in the past). Accessible and reasonably priced parking made our arrival easy and convenient. Quest apartment is in a fabulous location, a few minutes walk to shops, many restaurant options and best of all, the beach! You get the best of everything. Very happy with our stay, we will certainly be back.

Wollongong is also home to the largest Buddhist temple in the Southern hemisphere, the Nan Tien Temple. Nan Tien is Chinese for Southern Paradise, which you will find is quite fitting after a stay in our Wollongong accommodation. The temple is open to visitors and combines many styles of Buddhist architecture, from the angular and distinctly Chinese seven storey Pagoda, to the brightly coloured South-East Asian sculptures in the surrounding grounds and the Japanese style gardens of the courtyards.
