We have always stayed at the Lakeview everytime we go to the Illawarra. We wont stay anywhere else.We have been staying there on and off for the past 3 years and the new up grades make it even more enjoyable. My first stay there was my honeymoon 17 years ago.The staff are always friendly and caring.The rooms are always clean and welcoming. The food is always amazing.

We had no hot water in the morning and had to drive home over 2 hours to have a shower and then drive back down 2 1/2 hours for a function, the reason we stayed there in the first place was to be close to the function. After we left to head home they sent a message we could stay 1 extra hour at no cost but our key was locked in our room. Not happy Jan !!!
