One of our Wollongong hotels is a great base when enjoying the sunshine and sand of the Wollongong coast.
If land based activities are more up your alley, take in some of the sixty kilometres of bike paths and walkways meander along the coast, during your stay in a Wollongong hotel. The tracks are perfect for a relaxing stroll, and offer magnificent views of the ocean. If you are feeling really active you can take in the views from Mt Keira Summit Park, which can be reached by a number of walking tracks which lead off the 5.5km Mt Keira Ring Track.
Wollongong is also home to the largest Buddhist temple in the Southern hemisphere, the Nan Tien Temple. Nan Tien is Chinese for Southern Paradise, which you will find is quite fitting after a stay in our Wollongong accommodation. The temple is open to visitors and combines many styles of Buddhist architecture, from the angular and distinctly Chinese seven storey Pagoda, to the brightly coloured South-East Asian sculptures in the surrounding grounds and the Japanese style gardens of the courtyards.
