The air was effective. The room very clean and well serviced. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Chloe in particular was wonderful. Extremely efficient and considerate. She arranged a taxi for us and checked on us while waiting offering an umbrella if required. A valuable and pleasant young lady. The stay was comfortable, all needs met. Parking space could have been allocated to ensure space. Well done Harp

Very clean room, comfortable bed, great location in the heart of the food precinct with amazing choice's. Stayed Tuesday and Wednesday night, so no noise issue's, but there is a night club downstairs, be aware. Excellent location for the stadium and beach access.small room, but didn't bother us.

The room was in good condition and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. It was loud, despite the ear plugs they provide. They were not joking about that part.

Surprisingly clean and modern ensuite. Has been recently renovated I think. The area around was a bit noisy. But economical and suited us for an overnight stay

Old building, but well contained. Good location. Enough space for car parking. But as my opinion, they need more staff or improve their service. We requested new towels around 14:00 but reception staff said they don't have any towels at reception and no access to housekeeping room either, so they can't provide new towels for us. I can understand staff was busy, because they need to manage bar as well, but I can't understand they even can't provide new towels. And we borrowed kettle from reception but it was mould so we requested to change another kettle, and staff told us that they will bring new one for us. We wait 30 minutes and they deliver kettle but it was same one. We just used it because we don't want to wait anymore. Maybe they don't have more but it was bad experience. It was good room and pretty good location, but I'm not sure I will come back here.
