On checking in, our allocated room key was missing, the staff went to find the manager who used the spare key to let us into our allocated room, when we entered, another persons bag and items were already in that room so the staff had given our room to another person. When the manager found another available room and let us into it, it was significantly smaller then the room that should’ve been ours, we booked and paid for a queen bed and had been given a double bed in the new room, the manager said he would give us a free meal at the bistro for the inconvenience but the bistro was closing in 5 minutes due to the stuff around of room changes, the tv remote was missing/lost, the room was extremely hot and the bathroom facilities were extremely unhygienic and dirty, with other guests dirty towels piled up in a basket in the lone mens shower. Lucky it was only for 1 night, very disappointing!

Didn't like paying for an upgrade where the television Didn't work. However, enjoyed the rest of the facilities.

I rang this place cause i needed to find out if there is parking for our work utes with tools in them. The guy told me on the phone that there is parking for our ute and shouldnt be a problem. I arrived there and the parking was completly full and so i went inside and asked were is the parking i was told i can get. The guy told me you need to find a parking on the street somewhere. I told him that's no good for us to cancel the room. They then charged me the full price for the room even though i was not told i will be charged.

Hi Raymond, Whilst we do have a carpark on-site this can get quite busy during peak periods on the weekend and we are unable to guarantee parking spots. However, as our team mentioned, there is ample street parking available next to the hotel. We do apologise that there were no spots in the carpark upon your arrival but this is out of our control.

Paid $260 for one night for a room with a shared unisex bathroom (didn't realise at time of booking) no amenities at all in the room. The room although clean had a sewage smell wafting through it at times. There was no lock on the shower cubicle in the unisex bathroom. A man opened the door while I was about to shower which was frightening. Disappointing stay for what we paid.

The room is far too hot and not suitable for summer. The room seems to absorb sunlight even with the blinds fully drawn and radiates heat until midnight. It needs air conditioning and windows that open fully. Other guests have expressed similar concerns and some chose to keep their doors open to cool down despite the health and security risks. In addition, one or more of the shared toilets were often not working. One of the shared showers had a door that could not be locked properly and so hotel management designated that shower “men only” to protect women guests. Further, the door to our room needs maintenance as it squeaks loudly every time it was opened. On the bright side, thanks to Wotif and hotel management, we were able to check out early and cancel the last couple of nights to receive a refund.

No air conditioning in room. Windows only opened a small amount and we had to stuff towels in the gap to hold them up.. Very noisy until hotel closed.. Toilet in bathroom near our room, wouldn,t flush properly. Very expensive, but it was a holiday night. It was very clean.
