The room was in a quiet area, didn’t hear the shenanigans of the people in the hotel at all which was great. The bathroom was updated and clean. Unfortunately for us, the room had a strong smell of bleach which meant the fan had to be on 24/7 and the dust would stir as a result. The bed was a hard spring mattress which made it a little uncomfortable but otherwise the food was great and the hotel section was quiet and relaxing, even on a Saturday night.

The room got a horrible smoking smell. Legit they shouldn’t even be offering this room at all as it’s literally inhabitable for people with nasal conditions, not to mention if you have asthma you could probably pass out in it. Staff are ok but couldn’t help much. Amenities are great. Sufficient parking on site front and back of the hotel

Room was very clean. Friendly staff. Good food at the restaurant. Limited parking, had to park in the side street. We stayed 7 nights which was probably too long for this kind of hotel. Not much around the area within walking distance. Wollongong only 5 min drive. Would stay again but only for a couple of nights.

Great room, excellent bathroom, noisy rooms alongside so not much sleep, T Bone at the brasserie was inedible - seriously- couldn’t cut it let alone eat it / these things happen I guess

The service was excellent and the price was very affordable. However, the room windows aren't soundproof, making the street noise quite bothersome. One of the key cards not working. Since the bathroom is located outside the room, it was a bit inconvenient for two people staying together

Actually surprised with how much I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Yes - it’s attached to a pub/club, but the hotel part sits almost separate and I found it quiet in my room. Good room and felt super clean, free bottles of water in the cold fridge was appreciated, clean towels and large tv. Perfect! Private male and female shower/toilet available which was great as a solo female and parking available onsite. It’s a small car park but plenty of off street parking. I didn’t eat or drink next door but that’s available for you as well as some local shops on the same street. Overall pleasantly surprised and really appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping team making the room so welcoming - thank you!
