The rooms were clean and comfortable by the stay was uncomfortable due to a pervading awful stink in the room which was a sewer like smell that we assumed came from the plumbing. Couldn't quite pin point the place where the stink was coming from but it remained in the room for our entire stay.

We booked 2 rooms. This place was filthy. Large dirty stains on the carpet; shower tiles not cleaned and tile grout was black near the floor. There was a dirty towel behind the door and a flea in one of the bathrooms. The entire room had one window only - well, not a window, a pane of glass, so it was impossible to bring fresh air inside without leaving the door open. We complained to management - they blamed their own contract cleaners and said they were about to start renovations but there was no evidence of this. This is the most disgusting accommodation we have ever encountered.

Staff were friendly, but the room itself was awful. There was a lot of hair in the shower drain, loose tiles and grime in the shower. The room was smelly and the bed was like a rock! Was completely unable to sleep due to the discomfort
