"Close to the beach and entertainment."
This is a nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. it's a short walk to the beach and if you go to the Housekeeping office in the basement, you can sign for beach towels to take to the beach or pool, which is a nice touch. When you bring the towels back, you can exchange them for more and then simply return them and sign them back in. Breakfast is available and is not bad. Get there early or miss out! Air conditioning was quite in our room and the only thing that we noted was the door to the small balcony didn't shut out the traffic noise. The seal needed to be replaced. A bit of basic maintenance would sort this out. The WiFi didn't like my Blackberry Z10 but our Samsung S5 worked as did the Mac Book Air. Overall, this was a fairly quiet and pleasant hotel. We would return.

"Good budget hotel"
We used this hotel for a one night stopover and it was fine. Given the decline in the Australian dollar it was very good value as a budget hotel although if you wanted a resort type experience you need to look elsewhere. It depends upon what you are looking for in a hotel that is on the cheaper price range.

    Accommodation In Waikiki Beach

Say aloha as you play in the land of the kings. Waikiki is among the top beach and adventure destinations on the planet, but don't take our word for it. Hawaiian royalty were holidaying there long before the rest of the world cottoned on.

    Things to Do in Waikiki

Waikiki is a great spot for surfing beginners, with small, easy-to-manage breaks that are perfect for a long board. Those looking to enjoy the water at a more relaxed pace can try a stand-up paddle board. When it's just you, the ocean, a board, and paddle, you'll quickly learn why it's one of the fastest-growing water sports in the world. Back on dry land, climb Diamond Head Crater, the majestic volcano cone that towers over Waikiki, making it one of the world's most recognisable beaches. It's easy to explore, and you can walk to the summit for far-reaching views over Oahu's south coast. If all that fun gives you an appetite, unwind at a luau, a traditional Hawaiian celebration centred on a delicious ground-oven roast, music, and Hawaiian dancers. Some of the best hotels in Waikiki will host luaus themselves, so be sure to ask about special events when booking your trip.
