Great motel which is in the centre of Kiama. The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of room for a couple. A special mention to the lovely receptionist who is a huge asset to the motel. Above and beyond with professionalism.

The lifts were incredibly slow, and on our first morning there was no hot water and no communication to let us know. I couldn’t even look at the pool which is the first image on their page, as it was all blocked off and our room key card was programmed for the wrong room, all small things but very frustrating and disappointing.

Quiet place except for plumbing noises heard whenever someone used their bathroom. Beds comfortable. Rain shower head fantastic but water goes onto the floor soaking the bath mat. This is due to only having a half glass panel.

Nova Kiama is very convenient and affordable. With a cute little cafe at reception open until 7pm for those who like a really good coffee or hot chocolate. Only a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants. Secure parking is included. Rooms were reasonably clean and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again

Little gem by the rail station
Perfect location if you catch the train to Kiama. We loved it. Liz is fantastic she. Was able to accommodate our families needs and makes a great hot beverage at the combi bar. The room was great. And the walk down to Kiama main street was perfect. Easy walk to Terralong st, to the blowhole, to the beach and many great restaurants in just that area Would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Kiama.

Nova Kiama is an adorable modern property that offers great access to the Kiama town center and the main attraction of the Kiama Blowhole. We were able to walk only 5-8 minutes down the street and see the blowhole. It also offers an adorable little coffee and pastry food van in the lobby, a beautiful flower shop and had a clean pool and sunning area.

The Air-Con was oit of order. I think that management should gove patrons a discounted rate. My 2nd night was very hot, had to sleep with my face on the fan Thidngave mr a stiff neck. The staff were good at thei jobs, but very busy. One morninh there was queue foe people chicling in /out.

We had an overnight stay and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, lots of restaurants within 10 minute walk. It was also an easy walk to the blowhole.
