"Very convenient, close to shopping & transport"
We loved our stay at your hotel! However, a folder in the room about the hotel, it's facilities as well as surrounding facilities like restaurants would have been very helpful. Most hotels have these!

"Comfy Upmarket Hotel"
Lovely staff. Amazing showers. Comfortable bed. Only down fall was there was only free to air television available without having to pay extra. Not a huge down fall. Just found it strange really. I've been to 3 star motels that have basic Foxtel available to guests at no charge.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location, right in the heart of the city. Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was somewhat predictable and not that great considering the price. Overall I loved the hotel, it's location, amenities and warm getting from the doorman.
