Yes location is great here, 4 eateries/cafes a few doors down, 2 servos, 2 hospitals for those with medical appointments, everyone shops with their car so downtown is close and you're spoiled for choice shopping in Wagga. The owners were very lovely. We arrived much earlier than our planned check in and asked to leave our bags to come back for our assigned check in but Lynn was able to give us a house right then. The little house had what we needed for our stay. It was very comfortable. We will be staying again in the future if there is vacancy

Shower was lovely. Sadly other people's use of water could be heard through our bedroom wall at all hours. Mattress was hard.

It's a ground floor building with excellent soundproofing but total silence is impossible although as you can see from many many reviews it's a quiet place to spend the night and no other mention of water noise.
