Nice presentation and room was clean. It was a shame neither breakfast facility nor spa facility was available for use (due to covid restrictions, but these were advertised). Staff were always observed cleaning and making sure we had enough supplies in the rooms, which was nice.

Liked the old style charm. Disappointed in that breakfast was advertised as an inclusive and upon arrival, no breakfast was offered

Paper thin walls, Shocking sponge like pillows that resulted in a neck ache. Could hear door to garage slamming all night. Poor tourist information for bush walks, no breakfast despite advertising. A complete dump for $220 a night, 0 stars for me.

Wotif advert stated that a continental breakfast would be served and that there was a spa for our use. We were also noted that a bathtub was available. None of this was true. The room was warm and comfortable but the bathroom window didn't close properly. Hence the bathroom was always cold.

It looked lovely on your pictures. But when we got there, there was no one at reception, the place looked quite shabby. For $530.00 we were expecting a nice charming place. Meanwhile, even though the room was clean, it was not at all cozy and nice. the furniture was dated and scratched, bathroom door squeaked everytime you opened or closed it. We could hear the man snoring next door and anytime someone in the rooms near took a shower the whole room rattled. There is no restaurant, The breakfast room tables and chairs are old, scruffy, dirty and torn!. No service at all. A note at the reception table stated "Happy Hour from 4 to 7 glass of wine $7.00" We came down at 5.00 . We had to ring for the receptionist who came down and told us that she does not serve wine by the glass. We had to buy a bottle at $40.00! On a whole, it was the worst experience ever!!!

All good except for 1. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. 2. Could not connect to Internet and was told after that I should have connected at the front desk. Im assuming it isn't secure as its public...3. The TV was not tuned to several channels including 2 and 10 - so I tuned the TV and got all the channels. Cheers Pamela

Beds are way too soft. Needs some TLC, getting tired. Housekeeping left to be desired, banisters are dusty where people don’t touch them. The common areas have no soul, ambiance. Room are a good size, good heating. Could hear the person next door using the toilet during the night
