I was UNABLE to check in ... no response / pick up on after hours phone and therefore I did not STAY at the venue although I PAID for the reservation

Made a last-minute booking at this hotel thankfully right at the end of the school holidays when there was not many people around … we were lucky enough to have a better choice of room after booking only a basic one (the manager upgraded us 👏). We actually got to know Troy who is managing the facility, very approachable and easy to deal with. The hotel appears of the similar age, appearance and quality of most others on katoomba however I must say our room was very clean with a good quality bathroom and comfortable beds. Even got a surprise hot breakfast in the morning !!
