The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. Good hot water in the shower. I really enjoyed my stay.

The location was excellent for someone who doesn’t drive. I am an old lady and I could hop trams for free to save my legs. Also easy to go looking for buskers and good food. The apartment is not modern but is spacious and comfortable.

Wasn't an easy experience when trying to figure out how to check in after hours, wasn't provided any details Property wasn't updated like advised and when arrived room wasn't clean from previous people in the room

Disappointed no one at reception which is located elsewhere everytime I went there, apartment was not adequately cleaned long hairs over bathroom floors, food etc on carpet and stainless in kitchen food smeared on it. No aircondiining at all our whole stay was stuffy and uncomfortable false advertising it definitely has no air conditioner the display light is green but no air coming out. Have reported as it’s an ongoing issue when reading reviews. Would be a great place if management fixed issues.

Property unattended have to check in at another hotel around the corner. Property had no air conditioner and was very hot. Shower would not regulate temperature was either scolding hot or freezing cold. Bathroom had mould in multiple areas. No power points in user friendly areas for charging etc. Don’t waste your money

Stayed for three nights. AC did not work for two nights. Reception informed. Shower went hot and cold when in use and would not stay at the same temp. Shower door did not close, Apartments are in the inner city area and convenient to shops and cafes, ete. Close to trams and buses. Room was neat and tidy.
