Loved our stay. All staff we encountered were friendly and polite. When we checked out the receptionist asked about the show that we saw remembering our previous conversation from check in. Looking forward to stay again in August.

Definitely would not stay here again based on the experience we just had. Things we liked: The room was a nice big size (albeit we paid extra for that as we chose an Executive King Room). Nice views over Chinatown. Things we didn’t like: The bathroom was small and pokey and there was no exhaust fan in it which was surprisingly annoying - every time someone showered there was condensation all over everything, couldn’t use the mirror and bathroom smells lingered for ages. The customer service was transactional at best. No one went out of their way to be welcoming or friendly. We had issues with the key cards not working in our door. The parking was an absolute schmozzle. We were required to park in the tiniest parking spot, not a full size car parking space but jammed in between cars and pillars, it was like Tetris. So busy, everyone trying to navigate their cars into tiny spaces and then when we tried to leave the carpark our ticket wasn’t validated properly by the hotel. We got stuck at the boom gate, had to reverse back into the carpark with another car behind ours also having to reverse back so we could move away from the exit. Tried to ring the hotel from the carpark but no one answered the phone, after about 5 mins waiting for someone to answer had to leave the car and walk back up to reception. We were not offered an apology, just given a new ticket. It was really the icing on the cake of a very average customer service experience.

Comfortable warm bed, staff helpful and friendly.Room was very cold and had trouble heating . Bathroom was tiny and WC only for very small bottoms.
