Fantastic service and very comfortable room. Bath is a great size for a good soak. Was also a nice surprise they were offering Easter activities over the Easter weekend, and the entrance was really nicely decorated for Easter. We ordered room service one night and it was fast delivery and good quality food. Overall we were very impressed and would happily stay here for a city getaway weekend again.

There was barely any utensils in the room such as a plate or knife or a decent wine glass only 2 tumblers supplied. There was only one facewasher in the bathroom for 2 people. Room was like a matchbox and you could not easily reach light switches on either side of the bed. No toothbrush or any extras supplied in the bathroom except for a showercap. Pillows were terrible. All in all for the price expected more.
