Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Room was very clean. Appreciated that there was a gym. Only dislike is closing of doors in other rooms was very loud. Not sure if that is the door itself or the other guests pulling the doors closed hard. We would stay here again when coming back to Melbourne.

On arrival the entrance is extremely high in temperature, check in was polite and easy. Room is outdated with features but it is clean Spa not working yet never advised of this was looking for a venue with pool or spa and booked as it is suppose to have one. When booking I asked and was told yes but arrival and enquiry told no. TV movies not all functioning called for help night staff at 10:58pm had no idea how to help at all. Car service is prompt.

My room had thick dust on the skirting boards nthe gap next to the fridge was clumps of dust the bathroom tiles shower end was mouldy the tall lamp didn't work the globe was not working My ceaser salad was terrible lettuce all limp no crunch like it had been out of the fridge for a long time & I had to pay for it grrrr room service took 1.5 hrs to answer my call My piece of toast and awful coffee cost me $28 The best part was the fragrance in the air as you enter the building . ALL BATHROOMS NEED FANS it was close for our appointment but that's all the walk to the car park several times was annoying.

We had the most amazing time at your beautiful hotel. The ladies on check-in were fabulous and the suite we had was perfect for our two night stay. Breakfast was delicious with the best coffee in Melbourne. We just parked the car and walked everywhere. The Radisson is walking distance to the malls and some of the best restaurants. Thank you all for a really memorable experience. Would booked again in a heartbeat.

Good sized room for a queen size bed, only downside is the shower above the bath tub leaves a lot to be desired, otherwise can’t fault anything else about the hotel, near queen Victoria market, dining options and groceries every where nearby, flagstaff underground train station just down the street as well as tram stop on Latrobe Street, I also must thank hotel staff for allowing me to leave my luggage there after checking out as I had a night time overseas flight to catch

Generally a good place to stay, a little more explanation of how everything works for first time stayers would be great, and a little more attention to detail on the cleaning side for the rooms.

Hotel and room whilst ok is probably due for a upgrade. Had the breakfast and for the price was disappointed, self serve cofee was horrible, but to get one made was going to cost extra,for the high cost shoukd of been included. No omelette option included in breakfast, and overall cost saving in the breakfast quality and options was obvious. Have stayed here quiet a few times, but probably time to look elsewhere for better value.

Lack of staff. On arrival nobody explained facilities or guidance to the room. Friday breakfast just after 9am most of the hot breakfast food was cold. A very expensive breakfast for $38 $6 dollars for coffee. At 930 pm on Friday the housekeeping and room service didn’t answer the phones. On check out nobody asked if assistance for taxi Uber or anything was wanted. A clear lack of staff and staff training. R Richards
