Long check-in queue… 20 minutes Tired rooms Paper thin walls, you could hear the neighbours talking and watching tv Sink drains drain so slow that you’re forced to watch your teeth cleaning spit and mouth wash take 2 minutes to disappear before leaving gross stains that need you to wash down over and over Black edging of the shower falls off and washes away Housekeeping ignores do not disturb sign and bang on your door in what you hoped would be a much needed sleep in eg parents of four kids who haven’t had a night off in years Then housekeeping argue with you that you putting the do not disturb on the door doesn’t in fact mean do not disturb… I was literally told, if I do not want to be disturbed then put nothing on the door… WTAF!! Morons!!! Then housekeeping being louder than a construction site, making so much noise and vacuuming in the hallways with so much aggression and force banging every vacuum stroke into the wall that leaving the building for the chaotic and noisy streets of Melbourne seems more appealing Restaurant doesn’t do syrups… oh, so you only cater for locals Trying to pre-pay for the room prior to check-in was beyond painful Will NEVER return to ANY Radisson property EVER… more forgettable than an 80s one hit wonder

There were stains on the bedding/floor and the furniture was worn out. The shower and sink clogged very quickly. Doors closing the hall in was very loud in my room as well which woke me during the night. I could make do due to the price but on the worse end of places I’ve stayed in Melbourne at this price.
