Location is fantastic. Found room service menu very limiting. Given COVID decided not to eat out instead staying in and same soup of the day 3 days in row for example.. food quality excellent just could have been more varied

I spent most of my time just staring at the lake - Magnificent. Which is why I chose this place particularly. The food was very good also and staff were very nice/chirpy. Good value for money at this time as most locals went regional - I’ll support locally again if price is right. It was wonderfully quiet also!

Room very dirty, numerous stains on carpet, unvaccumed, furniture stained and unclean, furniture scratched and dented. Pillows to be slept on dirty and smelly. Ordered meal to room misplaced and forgotten about, was told will be reordered and at room in 25 mins. Meals arrived in 15 minutes and were cold. Black hair in fridge. We have stayed at the Pulman Albert Park in the past and had no complaints about room cleanliness. Staff always courteous and helpful. What a shame we will be staying elsewhere in the future.

instructions on how to exit car park.Desk staff accents can be very hard to interpret..They need training in the skill of checking that their message has been received and comprended properly.

We asked for a refund, so that we could go to a different hotel, as the rooms and condition of the hotel are not what was in the photos, clearly taken 10 years ago. The mini bar was empty, the fridge turned off, and ever time we tried to call room service there was no answer, even after 3-4 attempts. They could have avoided a bad review if they just allowed us to leave when we requested a refund. The most disappointing hotel experience in a very long time.
