Lovely friendly staff both in booking and checking in. The property didn’t appear to be busy and it was nice and quiet first night, but on 2nd night 2 camper vans were placed either side of our cabin and they were noisy

A convenient place to stay for one night. The bed was comfortable and clean as were the kitchen utensils. The bathroom floor (not shower recess) was very poor - stained and very dirty looking. The bathroom door was missing a handle and the pack of the door was very dirty. The toilet roll holder was not intact and could not be used correctly.

The Air Conditioning Unit wasn’t working. Although on the surface it was cleaned, there was mildew on the window sills and a deep clean of drapes, window sills, walls and shower curtain is due. If your expectation is more of a campground than a hotel, then it might meet your expectation. The location is great and staff were very friendly.

I've stayed here a few times now because they offer awesome value for money, in my experience and opinion. I have searched for a place to stay around Byron for the last 5 years and in my opinion Glen Villa has offered the best bang for $$$. It offers numerous options which are generally relatively cheap when compared to other options. Having stayed there now over the course of 4 different years, I really appreciate just how convenient and what good value for money they are.

Good stay at Byron Beach
A one night stay over from the drive from Surfers Paradise to Coffs Harbour and eventually finish back in Sydney on Tuesday. We booked this as it was a budget type cost and reminded us of glamping but with all the facilities. Cannot complain the team were very welcoming, the room was good for one night, very clean, can’t really ask for more.

Nice holiday park but for the price the property needs some work. Basic things like flywire screens for the cabins, & umbrellas for the pool area for sun protection really short be included for basic traveller comfort & safely.

Pleasant stay, close to town
Experience is as expected for a cabin in a caravan park. Pros are that there is pretty good wifi throughout the property including in the cabins and at the pool. Cabin was clean, had bath towels and basic cooking utensils. Checkin was easy and there was plenty of parking space out the front of the cabin. Also, it’s a very short walk to shops and restaurants . Cons are that on New Year’s Day the pool closed early at 4pm because the staff went home and it couldn’t be left unattended. That was a real bummer. Also, the photo of the beach with the description “view from property” is completely inaccurate - the park is about 15 mins walk from beach (view from property is of a main road).
