Parking hard to get into, lift was boarded up inside, must have been broken. Carpet was stained and dirty. Bed was hard as a rock. Broken iron leaked water on our clothes. Front entry doors were broken and would only open half way. Very disappointed with stay.

Nice and close to the city and mall. Nice eateries and restaurants within walking distance also great. Accomodation, clean and tidy and staff were helpful and friendly

Didn't like no Restaurant meals lunchtime & evening also only one choice of breakfast ie-- no good for my vegetarian wife Also traffic outside is horrendous at the present time, no fault of the Hotel of course. We got a taxi for s 7 minute ride to South Brisbane Rail way station & it took 40 minutes again no fault of the Taxi driver.

Hi, This is the very first time in 50 years of travel that I’ve ever had to complain about a place. It was noisey, uncomfortable, parking facilities were an absolute joke and our car was damaged trying to get into the place, there were building works happening which I feel the place should be shut down while doing it, the bed was very uncomfortable as was the one pillow, the view was fantastic from the room that was it’s only positive. I’m sorry I’m being a negative Nelly but it was so disappointing.
