Didn’t like paying a $200 security deposit which will take 5 days to be credited back to my credit card. Never has to do this at other hotels. Very dissapointing!,

Our hotel policy is to take a bond upon arrival which is stated in the terms and conditons at time of booking. Alternatively, we would have been more than happy to take a cash bond if preferable for a more efficient bond return. Great hotel, nit picking here, things being missed.. Bed comfortable, staff in dining room and bar area really nice and welcoming. Would be good if dining room was open for breakfast especially when guests have travelled a long way to get there and have a long way to go home too. All in all a comfortable stay.
