The Hotel, staff and food were excellent. But the huge fail was how dirty the pool area floor was extremely bad. Just hosting down only moves the dirt around. Very yucky feeling on your bare feet. I did tell reception desk .

Spa Pool: While I was using the Spa and the pool. I noticed that some of the guests were wearing an inappropriate bathing dress. In my opinion, and also, in terms of hygienic reasons, when using hotel guests' pool or Spa (which is a kind of public spa Pool), guests should be aware of the other people concerns. Jumping into the pool with your regular clothes or religious costumes may get contaminated regardless of quantity of Chlorines in the water. Therefore, I believe that some rules should be implemented on using the pool/spa.

Clean, basic room with rollaway bed and additional towels on request. Additional charge for the bed on top of additional guest charge. Pool was busy at this peak time and pleasant outdoors. The floor tiles around the pool were roasting hot so be warned. Breakfast was a very small additional cost and well-managed. Food constantly replaced, minimal waiting even when busy. Overall basic but sufficient and therefore good value for the low price. In the heart of night life and Adelaide's great laneway bars and restaurants. On the doorstep of everything you need for shopping and museums.

Ask the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was a decent size and the amenities were of good value. AVOID room 218. Weekend noise until 2:00 am was extremely annoying. Not from the property but from the bars in the area.
