The Gym has too small for the size of the hotel The pool photos didn't reflect the actual physical pool, would of stay there Breakfast was terrible running out of hot food , bread , queueing for a coffee , not enough seats for people under staffed in the area . Easter cleaning of the rooms what below standard and you are charging same rate when the room weren't cleaned.

This hotel's photos dont do it justice. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Its beautiful, well laid out, staff are so kind and the room was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again

Staff were very accommodating. I arrived before 11am not expecting anything other than to store my bag, but was checked into an available room without any problems. The room was clean and very spacious. A wide range of teas was supplied which was a nice change from my last hotel which only supplied basic black tea. I didn't however like the pillows. There was no variety despite four pillows being provided and all were too high for me. There was also a lot of noise in the hallway from other guests on Saturday night.

The Hotel, staff and food were excellent. But the huge fail was how dirty the pool area floor was extremely bad. Just hosting down only moves the dirt around. Very yucky feeling on your bare feet. I did tell reception desk .
