very poor in service. From checkin to breakfast. Customer satisfaction and happiness was not a priority. Definitely shocking for claiming 5 star. The break fast was 2 star. the juices are not fresh, there was no quality bread , only cheap toast, self service coffee in cup no soccer, very limited items. I guess it cater only Australian working class. I am Expedia platinum. This the 1st time writing a report.

The carpets are disgustingly dirty, take them out and put in the hardwood or laminate! Get with the times!!! The couches and stairs are stained and disgusting!! So gross I wouldn’t sit on them if you paid me! Sadly, even with the room upgrade (which I greatly appreciated) we will not be back. The amazing location, ocean view and fantastic staff…we will not be back until it’s updated.

Hotel is right on the beach. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel hallways were quiet. Hotel is dated but still functional. Trains/public transit are down for a while as Mosley square is under major construction until well into 2026 so we ended up using Uber to get around from the hotel.

Our room was a little dated but was very clean and the bed was lovely. The staff were exceptional in all areas including reception, bars, restaurants and cleaning. They left us chocolates when they cleaned our room and the breakfast was was great.
