Room was clean and a good size, very comfortable. The room service experience was terrible. You have to use a QR code to open a pdf menu, but then call someone to order rather than being able to order online. Twice no one answered the phone and I was unable to order food. Room service menu is also poor, not very many choices. I ordered a pumpkin “salad” and it was not good - just a large piece of pumpkin and eggplant on a plate, with rocket on the side. Really expected better from a 5 star hotel.

The stairs to the parking were terrible. There was vomit and smelt terrible. Everything else was great.

The rooms windows were very dirty. Told the hotel management and they politely move us to another room where the windows were cleaner. The hotel has a Ocean or city view options, they should keep their windows clean!
