Not great value for money. I stayed during Fringe so probly more expensive than normal. The room was spacious and comfortable but dated. The included breakfast had a lot of variety but included coffee was terrible. The restaurant has nice food but is way overpriced. $9 for bottle of water which should be free. The gym is fantastic with lots of equipment and ample space, water and towels provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
