I found the room was very dark and even with all the lights on during the day and curtains open the room was still dark and a bit depressing.

The room was very dated. Towels not left in the room. Room service did not follow food allergy advice! Overall a disappointing experience.

A landmark in a great location. But some rooms clearly have seen better days. Stayed Easter weekend, enjoyed buffet breakfast and hotel staff, all first rate. Our room was fine but clearly on the tired side. Older chairs and plumbing was pretty loud when room next door was using the shower. Over looked a pretty tattered tennis court. Just a general sense some parts of the hotel need work.

The bathroom was terrible, the shower had mould in the grouting. The taps dripped and the bathroom in general was out dated and very unpleasant. There was insufficient lighting in the bedroom, the TV was positioned so low it was almost impossible to watch in bed. Overall it was a dreadful room and we won’t be back.

The air conditioner in the room was too noisy to keep on at night and if we opened the window there was a huge extraction fan noise also. The room became very stuffy.
