Every room and also the restaurants and bars all have beautiful lake views and balconies to enjoy the lake.big spas that you can watch and listen to the tv if you like.staff are always so welcoming.proximity to a big shopping centre.we live in Adelaide and this is a big claim but it’s by far the best all round and uniquely laid out hotel / restaurants in Adelaide it’s our go to when we need to relax and unwind.oh did I mention the indoor pool and spa that also has lake views

they did not give us the rooms that we booked they gave us a folder way bed and a queen bed and a queen bed and single bed we booked one king bed and one double bed and one queen bed and one double bed they said they were booked out and thats all the rooms they had we booked australia day 3months before hand and they were not booked out then the rooms were plenty of room then they said wotif /booking dot com changed the booking to single beds ect if we wanted single beds we would have booked single beds but we did not they did not care they offered a spar bath but stil roller way beds or sofa beds if we wanted a spar we would of booked a spar bath at the time but did not want one not happy should of stayed some ware else in the past not a problem but this time they did not care not happy at all

Hi Shaun, As mentioned when you came to the desk, due to the room type you booked, the second bed could only be a single or a double fold out couch. We do recommend making your booking directly for more clarity regarding bedding options, alternatively you can call us directly to confirm this. However, if you'd like to leave Wotif feedback about the discrepancies between the confirmations received, we would encourage this. We did attempt to call to confirm your booking details a week prior to your reservation and left a voice mail. The only complaints I had were that I ordered a small jug of low fat milk for the room when we booked in and it took two hours to get it. The other was at breakfast I ordered another piece of toast as you only get one piece with your eggs. That took 20 minutes to get. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
