Clean room, but shower floor was dirty. Staff friendly. Need different size pillows as they were uncomfortable. Bed nice for one person but when two in it sagged in the middle

The room was fine great view nice balcony. I booked for 3 but the room was only set up for 2. I had to get a 3rd bed made up which was done but got no pillows on it?? Staff were fine maybe just young and unexperienced.

The room was clean, and the lake view from our room was stunning! We ordered room service for dinner, and it was delicious and reasonably priced. Our stay included breakfast, which was also very nice. Everything was better than we expected!
