We were on the top floor and in the main bedroom there was a tapping noise on the cerling all night, like something was loose..and the shower area had a heap of Mold..for $460 a night id expect the shower to be cleaned

Accessible to the airport so very convenient for an early flight. It’s an older building which is most notable in the bathroom - though it being maintained well and presenting clean makes a big difference in this case. Disappointing part was the 24 hour concierge who would have easily recognised how exhausted I was and didn’t assist with my heavy bags - he simply pointed to the baggage trolley in corner and told me to help myself… surely this is something I could have easily been helped with.

Staff were great, but little things made the hotel show it's age. Bottom of wet area doors was worn. No "Do Not Disturb" sign. TV Remote was faulty.

First night a Rock Band was playing in their bar area so had extremely loud music thumping through our room until nearly midnight. Defies belief how hosting a live rock band can be considered to be in any way compatible with a building full of people trying to sleep. We caught a drone hovering outside our balcony filming our unit through the balcony window. Drone took off as soon as they realised it had been spotted. Reported the incident to reception and the response was call us if it happens again so we can try and see if it is coming from inside or outside the hotel. I would have thought the appropriate response would be to report the incident to local authorities alerting them a Peeping Tom is likely active in the area. Clearly superior minds to me are at play here so I'm not commenting further. We later noticed there were notices on the Glenelg foreshore saying drones were prohibited in the area so we strongly suspect this was not an isolated incident. So apart from the out of control party next door like loud music experience and the remote Peeping Tom the room was fine
