I asked for a junior king suite that is supposed to have a bath. It did not I have stayed here previously and my room previously was sooo much better, even though we were on level 20. Views are amazing but the room was substantial Pretty disappointed 😔

Area out the front is under construction causes us to use the side entrance and walk in the rain , the computer system was down when we checked in I know it's not the staffs fault , but we didn't get our keys until 930 so really couldn't come and go or use facilities

Unfortunately there was building/construction at the front of the property; limiting access. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely, the room was very comfortable and had an amazing view, the breakfast was fabulous with lots of variety and the parking was handy & affordable.

Staff were always polite, helpful and professional. Roadworks at the front door were an inconvenience but outside the control of the hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant was great, good range of options. Two things that could be improved: 1. The chaise lounge was very uncomfortable - almost no cushioning. 2. provide a toilet brush! It's embarrassing to have to leave marks in the toilet when other people in the room go to use it.

In the morning of our departure, we did not have time for breakfast in the dining room so we ordered an early packed box by 5:00 am in the morning. As the meal was not received on time I rang reception and was told that I had to pick up the meal myself. Secondly, I had ordered 2 club sandwiches and 2 diet cokes to be delivered o our room and for $66,00 we got 2 drinks in a glass and 2 sandwiches with filings of poor quality. I could have done much (extremely) better had I ordered the same food from a 7/11 store at only a third of the price. Or maybe because I had a long surname that your staff thought I could be easily had. There are plenty of hotels in your area to choose from next time.

Great location. Staff were friendly. Great breakfast. Parking was easy next door. Only issue was breakfast area is very tight and cramped. But breakfast was great other than that. My biggest concern is I booked Crown Plaza because it says soundproof rooms and my daughter was competing so sleep was crucial. This is not the case. We could hear coughing and talking next door and every toilet flush next door throughout the night and all street noise. It f this doesn’t concern you then I would stay here. Apart from this I would give it 5 stars.

The mirror door to the wardrobe fell of upon opening and hit me in the head. Your receptionist (Ronnie ? - Trainee) was near impossible to understand as he spoke so softly. Service at Luna 10 on Wednesday 27th March was so slow we walked out - One barperson when there are 15-20 people waiting! Really Others walked away as well

Beautiful views, great breakfast, friendly staff, loved the bathtub- stayed in the Junior suite. We had the best time ever during the Fringe festival; everything was so close.
