On arrival we went and check in. We are notified that we’ve been upgraded to an apartment which in itself sounded good. They had failed to book the car park that I booked earlier in the day after being prompt by what if I’m entering the room? There were no snacks skew Ott. There was only normal tea no herbal teas. I rang Reception and they offered that I could go down and get some biscuits and then thought better off it and said I can drop some off so that was good but only two packs of biscuits and we’re in there for two nights and they were two of us so I thought that was a bit mean next day. Our beds weren’t made. I expected the bed to be made but then when I looked on the rules for the apartment side then the rooms are serviced once a week to me. That’s not an upgrade. If your bed isn’t made every day traffic noise affected my partner so getting to sleep was a bit staying asleep with a bit of bit difficulty so maybe double glazing would help there.
