Check in was difficult as they would not accept the credit card used to make the booking online which was a company card. We are repeat guests and I dislike having to pay a $50 deposit as last time I had to chase the hotel for a refund. Housekeeping came to the door at 8.15am on the day of departure insisting they needed to clean our room. And argued the point until we shut the door on them. I think we will find a new favourite place to stay.

Very convenient to CBD and generally very nice. Only issue was front desk asked to order a taxi at a specific time. Was assured that this would be fine and no need to use Uber. Taxi didn't arrive at scheduled time - 04:30AM (despite repeated assurances from front desk). 30 mins elapsed and was running late to appointment so ended up getting an Uber that arrived in 2 mins. If taxi service is unreliable - don't suggest it to guests and don't make assurances to the contrary.

Excellent stay. Had everything we needed. A bigger laundry could be something to think about but really, it was perfect. The room was cleaned each day and the staff were helpful and accommodating on such a busy weekend. Perfect location for a trip to the Adelaide oval for the football!

The property was old the tv was so old we couldn't hook Netflix up for the kids no foxtel. For the price i paid for 2 nights i thought small things like this would be a must. The walls are paper thin while sleeping you can hear everyone and everything in the hallways. There was no room service the cafe down stairs is sub par serving microwaved food. The bathroom wasn't the very clean with mould in the corner. The blanket on the main bed was stained, the spare blanket in the cupboard was dirty. Very disappointed with our stay here. The staff were spectacular.

Website advertised there was a bar and restaurant onsite, serving breakfast lunch and dinner as well as 24/7 room service. This was not correct - breakfast was available but only prepared foods that could be reheated by staff. When I asked the manager about this he said it hadn’t been operational for two years and didn’t believe me when I said the details were still on their website.

Front desk staff friendly. Room was a decent size although not very clean. Stains on the carpet. Balcony view overlooks a carpark. Very noisey at night - people arguing, slamming and knocking on doors. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep.
