We’ve been coming to Majestic since 2004, often for a few days at a time every month r so..until 2019. In recent years maybe only twice a year.
It’s so sad to see it go backwards
Front desk seem disinterested and lacking ability (maybe underpaid, poor training, no freedom to act on initiative)
Getting things fixed today ok days and no real apology
Culshaws used to be open every day, now meals only Thursday-Sat which makes mockery of room service menu
Great location but it’s sad to see service and attention to detail slide with new generation of front desk staff
