The hotel is in a great location and both front desk as well as bar staff were unfailingly helpful. The dining area downstairs is drafty and uncomfortable in cold weather. Despite asking for the room to be made up and despite checking in the early afternoon that it would be done, it was not. The much vaunted free minibar with daily replenishment was not done either thanks to housekeeping ignoring the lighted sign asking that the room be attended to. All this at a time when the hotel was not busy, was inexplicable. If these services are not always available, make it clear at the outset to avoid disappointment in what is otherwise a potentially very good establishment.
