I was told it would be a public holiday surcharge on things ordered on a non public holiday. I called for room service no one answered. My car from valet parking was parked where I could not get out. The road was blocked so I had to reverse all the way out. A dessert cost almost $50!!!!!

Room was really nice bed was nice and comfortable. But the room service was a complete let down, food portions were small and food had absolutely no flavour at all. we got a fair few items as we were hungry but still had to get uber eats to satisfy ourselves after a full day of driving, as the overnight menu did not have much and we didn’t want to order more especially when we couldn’t order drinks to accompany it.The dessert was the saving grace they were delicious.

Parking is a problem even with valet and the outside area was covered in hundreds of used cigarette butts laying on the ground. I stay here for convenience and staff are polite. Room and breakfast a bit pricey.
