The location was very quiet and peacefull. It was however, full of bugs and spiders, its old and not sealed properly so they get in.

Barbara, I am pleased you enjoyed the peace and quiet at Kimo. Apologies for the bugs, we do have the cottage treated for bugs regularly but unfortunately as is country life they do persist especially if lights are left on to attract them. I hope you found the insect spray we have in the cottage.

Perfect seclusion

Pros: Seclusion, comfort.
Wonderfully relaxed environment, perfect for breaking the drive from Melbourne to Sydney.

Kimo experience

Pros: It was great to not have 240v elec for a night. A reminder to everybody how good it can be to just reflect and converse. Very cosy
Cons: Wood heater flue.
Location: We came purely for the stay :)
This was a great way to escape from the world. Very simplistic living and enjoyable to be in, thanks to the views and quiet surrounds.

Just Divine

Having been met at the gate by the lovely Emelia the rest of the Kimo Estate experience was beyond wonderful. The Cottage was country perfect, our dog was welcomed and the relaxed wine sipped on the country verandah set the scene for a perfect night whilst visiting friends nearby. Thank you so very much.
