Reception staff were so friendly and the valet parking were amazing as well. The twin room with waterviews on the 4th floor was spacious and clean. The mini bar is properly stocked and the bathroom had the shower soap/shampoo & conditioner products that you need to bring your own from home and the bonus part they smelt and felt great. The beds were perfect and comfortable which worked perfectly with their 11am check-out. If you have forgotten anything or need some snacks their is a convenient store across the street that is open late also. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to all.

Large room with water views. Very quiet area and close to restaurants. No microwave or cutlery provided. Parking was expensive at $35/night and the only option is valet - which was a fast and efficient service when we needed to access the car. There is a free car park within walking distance, however, this did not look like a safe area to leave a car overnight.

Great location and friendly staff but rooms could do with a stylish refurbishment to do the location justice. Rooms and bathrooms are getting very tired and who wants to boil water in an old plastic kettle. A few extras such as a coffee machine or even a shower cap would not hurt. Great view though on harbour side.
