The hotel is beautiful, however due to the covid many of the utilities are not available and this is not notified before making the reservation, for example one of the reasons that I booked was the gym but is closed, they have passes to use another gym that is 12 min by car It is a good solution but if you don't have a car it is difficult to go. Another thing that I did not like, was that the pool spa only allowed 4 people at a time for covid as well, but we could never use it because it was always full of children and the very irresponsible parents did not have consideration with the other guests, we waited for more than 1 hour each day to enter the spa pool but the children stayed there for hours even more than 6 children at a time, there was no hotel supervision in that area since the rules said only 4 people and children are not allowed, but the parents did not respect the rules.

We love the swimming pool area I didn’t like when it got too crowded people didn’t keep social distance

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The only thing that stood out was the lack of food options. But overall, a good experience.

The toilet in our room had not been clean, it had poo all in bottom and seat. With covid around I would have expected more detail in cleaning. Also the shower head in shower was terrible i would look at replacing. The staff were friendly in check in and checkout.

The room and bathroom were clean and amenities (towels, soap etc) were well stocked for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children). Our twin room was quite spacious. I think the front desk staff were a little overwhelmed with the amount of guests checking in. She was distracted and not overly friendly. Everything else was great. The outdoor hot spa was a highlight!
