Room had polished concrete floors with no floor rugs so it was very cold, had to leave the aircon on the whole stay just to keep the room a reasonable temperature. No welcome book with any instructions regarding how to use the air con or 2in1 washer/dryer so we had to google them ourselves. Advertised as having foxtel however there were minimal channels & only able to be watched on the tv in the lounge not the tv in the bedroom. Floor was dirty, I had to wear my socks because the floor was so cold & they were extremely dirty from walking on the floor. Utensils/glassware in the cupboards were not clean, hair on the shelf under the glasses, knives in the knife block were not clean & there was an oil splattered over the block. The tea towel for the kitchen was certainly not clean & smelled terrible. Staff at check in were friendly however not responsible for any enquiries regarding the room so when I called the number they gave me to enquire about all the things wrong with our booking including the fact we had booked a deluxe premium room but were given only a deluxe room I was told there was no one available to speak with outside of business hours (checked in at 7pm) Location was however very central & the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent room and amenities. Convenient location and good parking available at reasonable cost! Requested room with King bed but found the King bed was in fact two singles placed together and a lot of movement between them causing some discomfort. Otherwise everything else excellent.

Requested 2x king beds in bedrooms received 2x single beds in both one of which was pushed together which was extremely uncomfortable, tv Netflix does not work at all. Not impressed with the room compared to the last suite I stayed in.

One of the staff were rude and I was clearly an inconvenience. Parking cards never worked. Maybe the first the we got them. Wasn't near phones or anything. Things were broken in apartment. Construction outside with no remedy or apology. Kitchen not fully equipped; had to buy our own pots and pans. Very disappointing. Good points were space and view.

TV control stopped working at about 9pm. Unable to turn set off or sound up or down. Then sound turned it self off. TV was left on with nobody available so fix it we were finally moved to a different room after 10 pm. The receptionist at building was most helpful but nobody from Honeysuckle Executive available to fix the problem

It is peak summer and 1 single bed at a doon folded in half. Ridiculously too hot, when sleeping in aircon a light blanket is required. Not cleaned very well.
