Our stay had some positives, but there are several areas that need attention. Water damage in the unit was quite noticeable, and the bathroom shower tiles were slimy, which made the space feel unclean. The bed was uncomfortable and really needs a new mattress. The rug in the living area was filthy, and the outdoor patio floor was also very dirty. We also paid for parking but returned one evening to find no spaces available, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the location was excellent, and the amenities for cooking and cleaning were well provided, with new appliances throughout. The pool area was clean, spacious, and had plenty of shade, which we appreciated.

Great location, lovely room & very clean. Paid extra to check in a couple hours early but had to ring the office 3 times to get the check in details emailed. The guy I spoke to last was quite rude. I finally received the email but didn't appreciate his attitude.

Good collection of facilities in the room and in the building. Comfortable room with beautiful view. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only down side is check-in was delayed for an hour as they have to make sure beddings were clean.

Lifts were not working on arrival (level 5). Due to technical glitch. Guy behind desk did his upmost to have people get to their floors. On arrival back to my room later that night (9:40) lift would not go to level 5. I contacted out of hours contact who said I did not know what i was doing. I changed lifts several times. I was left in the lobby until 10:10. With no return call even though the after hours contact had unlocked the keypad in the lift and I then had access.

The apartment was extremely clean and newly refurbished. Unfortunately the sleep quality was extremely poor. Although the bed was fine, the pillows were hard and too high. There were no blinds only shutters. These let through all the lights from the buildings around that were on all night and the sun in the morning, even when they were closed. The bedroom wall/sliding panel was glass and also let all the light through. The kitchen was well equipped but would have been greatly enhanced with the addition of tongs and scissors.

Very spacious and well appointed apartment at a great price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Found using keypads and codes for parking, lift and rooms difficult at first but once we got used to it we were fine. Loved the televisions in the living area and bedroom.
