The glass pipe, lighter and bottle of water on the kids windowsill was disturbing. State of sofa bed sheets was disgusting. Along with the rotten food and broken stubby underneath the sofa bed. Holes in the walls, not enough towels, windows didn’t shut properly and no correspondence from HEA when emailed about these concerns. Not recommended at all!

The apartment itself was fine, however had not been cleaned properly. The floors were filthy, there were stains on doona covers, stains on tiles in bathrooms, scuff marks everywhere, crumbs/dirt on the lounge. Would have been fine if cleaned

Nothing the apartment was so dirty the rug was filthy the sheets had dirty stains on them! Very upset as we had both our toddlers with us, even the glasses and plates provided were all dirty not even wiped off, very very un happy about this place.

This property has no reception, the check in process isn't extremely seamless. Parking is available, however you have to request this when you arrive - not sure I was offered the option upon check in. You then receive a code to access the carpark - as it turns out we were issued the wrong code due to a recent issue, if it wasn't for another guest coming in we wouldn't have been able to access the carpark or the rooms. Oh and there are 2 wings to the apartments - make sure you check your room number at the ground floor to ensure you go the right way!

Unfortunately our stay at this property was not enjoyable. I don't know whether it's something about crime in the local area, break-ins or what, but the security aspects felt pretty over the top. Every communication contained a series of warnings about everything from their use of facial recognition software to dire threats around not holding parties on the premises. On entry there is a huge bank of screens in the foyer showing the angles of their many CCTV cameras. There were at least four separate PIN codes (room, front door, external garage, internal garage) to get access to different areas of the property. Given all this security we were disappointed to find that the parking spot we'd booked and paid for ($20 per night) was not available - there seem to be owners in the building as well and the garage is full of stuff. Whilst we were there we saw multiple cars competing for the one available spot. So notwithstanding all the security we ended up parking on the street down the block and having to carry all the bags for our family to and from the apartment. The apartment itself is clean, relatively new and modern, albeit the sofa bed was busted and two of the towel rails were broken off the walls. The whole vibe had a pretty sterile feel to it though which when combined with the OTT security made our kids feel a bit uneasy. This might be fine for some people, but we were hoping for 'homely' and got 'fortress.' Just be aware of this when booking and you'll be fine.

Location was good. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen accessories (saucepans, pots etc) were in extremely poor condition. Balcony was dirty. There was a drink can on the table in the foyer of the building for our entire stay.

No hot water in the morning for 2 out of the 3 day stay.We were unable to cook with gas in the morning All towel rails were broken. Dishwasher didn’t work.Very unpleasant 3 day stay

The property was amazing except for the fact the floors were filthy and not cleaned, rubbish bin lid was dirty, crumbs on the lounge, water still in the kettle from previous people.
