Definitely budget accomodation. Room was dirty (hairs in sink, rubbish in bin, power sockets without covers, mould in shower. Can’t complain to much for the price
You get what you pay for, Had to ask for bath towels, No thick blanket on the bed and air conditioning not operating correctly, tiny bathroom, a large person would struggle to move in the toilet
Wonderful staff, friendly and efficient. Thank you Quite noisy at night with hoons going through a nearby intersection. Not the hotel's fault of course.
It was not my type of room and I did expect more for the money in the satellite city.

I spent three weeks trying to change the booking date due to a change of schedule at my end. Pathetic customer service resulted in little or no help ending in me losing the cost of the 4 rooms I had booked.
