At Check in we advised Mercure recepton that we had paid already, however they advised they had no record of payment, so wanted us to pay again for two rooms.( when checking out advised they had received payment in advance). Also at check in I asked them to check my Accor membership to confirm if we got Accor benefits if we ate at their restaurants, they advised they would check and advise me, the next morning i checked again with reception as i wanted to take the family for breakfast i was advised yes you would. After I Had breakfast at resteraunt I was told no discount. Would be good if the information they provide is accurate asaand timely as we could then decide what we want to do. Service was average at best and seemed not to be intetested in their guests.

Dear Darryl, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Unfortunately when booking through a third party website, none of the benefits of our 2 loyalty programs apply. It appears that you are an ALL Classic member, which indeed does not entitle you to any discount at our hotel. Only our Accor Plus members (who pay for their membership every year) are entitled to 50% off their bill in our restaurant. We have had a few new staff member join us at reception recently so apologies if they weren't as aware as we would have liked them to be by the time you stayed with us. I will make sure to discuss this in more depth with our Front Office Manager to avoid this kind of confusion in future. Kind regards,

We expected that breakfast would only be a continental room service but did not expect to find on check out that we had been charged $20 each for cereal / a basic fruit salad / slice of bread each

Clean and comfortable. Close to everything. Shame the bar or pool table area was not open due to Covid fears.

Great accomodation and great location. Central to all wineries and discounted tickets to the hunter valley gardens. We were in the superior room and would spend our down time in the waterfall bath drinking the night away. Would have been great to have a room service menu in the room for those latenight munchies. My daughter also got a rash from one of the cushions from the sofa so steer clear of those.
