Only 1 chair inside to sit on and relax also toilet bowl has a large peice out of it

Perhaps next time you stay, book a kitchenette unit, with seating for eating, or go one step further and book our large kitchen unit with full size lounge suite and dining table etc. Regarding the toilet, unfortunately, had we have been aware that the toilet bowl has a crack we would have moved you to a different unit. As expected for a great price. Cleanliness particularly in the bathroom could have been better at almost no cost to the owners.

Thank you for taking the time to place a review. Yes we feel we are priced accordingly. Regarding the cleanliness, our housemaids are of great standard, our units may be a little dated however, usually clean, well presented and comfortable so am surprised for the negative comment on the cleanliness. Wish you had have bought it to our attention so we had the opportunity to address it if this was the case however, we appreciate all feedback.

Good location, Clean and excellent value. Rooms a little dated but clean and all I required. Excellent water pressure for the shower.

The room smelt musty and damp.The paint is falling off the walls in the bathroomNot worth the amount being charged and if we had not paid we would have gone else where.We have stayed at a lot cheaper and better in Whanganui.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We consider ourselves budget accommodation and are priced accordingly. You were upgraded to a cooking unit at no extra charge and had we have known you were not satisfied, we would have made arrangements to accommodate you elsewhere. We are a little dated but pride ourselves on comfort and cleanliness. However, thanks for taking the time to place a review.

Pros: Location
Cons: The motels were tired looking and could do with a lick of paint
Location: Location excellent pity everything shuts down early in Wanganui. We were visiting relations for a birthday party which finished early -nothing to do!!
It was suitable for our one night stay. Location was great. Shame about the motorcyclists starting their bikes up and there was all this thumping and banging going on in the early hours in the motel nxt door.
