Perhaps next time you stay, book a kitchenette unit, with seating for eating, or go one step further and book our large kitchen unit with full size lounge suite and dining table etc. Regarding the toilet, unfortunately, had we have been aware that the toilet bowl has a crack we would have moved you to a different unit. Thank you for taking the time to place a review. Yes we feel we are priced accordingly. Regarding the cleanliness, our housemaids are of great standard, our units may be a little dated however, usually clean, well presented and comfortable so am surprised for the negative comment on the cleanliness. Wish you had have bought it to our attention so we had the opportunity to address it if this was the case however, we appreciate all feedback.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We consider ourselves budget accommodation and are priced accordingly. You were upgraded to a cooking unit at no extra charge and had we have known you were not satisfied, we would have made arrangements to accommodate you elsewhere. We are a little dated but pride ourselves on comfort and cleanliness. However, thanks for taking the time to place a review.
